Lexi Santos is a licensed occupational therapist who has worked with children for over ten years as both an occupational and behavior therapist in school, home, clinical, NICU, and hippotherapy settings. She strongly believes in treating children with a holistic approach where biological, behavioral, and contextual factors are all considered in treatment. She strives to honor the individual nature of each child and their family's unique value system when designing programs and implementing treatment. In her spare time Lexi loves hiking, yoga, and spending time outdoors with her two daughters and crazy dog.

Lia is a licensed occupational therapist who has worked with children for 8 years in schools, hospitals, homes and clinics. Lia graduated with her bachelor’s degree in human services and a concentration in applied behavior analysis from Northeastern University. She received her doctorate in occupational therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) in Boston, MA. She is a strong believer of using a family-centered approach to work with every families unique needs. She has experience using the Social Thinking, Handwriting without Tears, Zones of Regulation and Alert Program. In her free time, Lia loves to travel, cook, and hike, bike and camp in the outdoors.
Crystal is a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist who has experience working with children and adults in a variety of settings including schools, private clinics, early intervention programs, and outpatient programs. Crystal has a bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and minored in Special Education. She received a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University. She firmly believes in taking a holistic and family-centered approach to help her clients develop the tools needed to achieve their goals. She has experience implementing a variety of sensory strategies, Handwriting without Tears, Zones of Regulation and Alert Program, and TEACCH program. She is also certified in the SOS Approach to Feeding. In her spare time, Crystal loves to travel, swim, bake, and spend time with her family.
Louiza Alexandria Villarina (Alex)
Alex is a licensed occupational therapist who has over 4 years of experience working in pediatrics both in the clinic and hospital setting. Alex received her Master’s degree in occupational therapy from Dominican University of California. She presented her Master’s thesis at the Occupational Therapy Association of California (OTAC) conference and at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) conference in 2018 alongside her colleagues. Alex firmly believes in enabling each child through his or her unique traits and capabilities through the use of individualized, family centered care. She has experience using the ALERT Program, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Handwriting without Tears, and Zones of Regulations. Outside of work, Alex is an avid full marathon runner, loves hiking trails, and loves to discover new restaurants to try new foods.
Nathalie is a licensed occupational therapist who has experience working with children in hospitals, private clinics, homes, and via telehealth video. Nathalie has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and is Board Certified in Behavior Intervention. She received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in Louis. Nathalie won the Occupational Therapy Research Excellence Award from her graduating class. She also presented her research at the American Occupational Therapy Association Conference in 2018. Nathalie firmly believes in the importance of collaborating with families to help her clients reach their goals. She has experience using sensory-based strategies, the ALERT Program, and the Zones of Regulations. In addition, Nathalie completed continuing education courses on pediatric complex feeding issues. In her spare time, Nathalie loves to hike trails, learn new languages, and spend time with family and friends.
Specialized Instruction Therapist
Alisa is a Specialized Instruction Therapist with 10 years of experience working with children of various ages and abilities. Her teaching style focuses on individualized, meaningful, and motivating activities as well as strengthening interpersonal relationships. Her therapy sessions include multisensory experiences, physical movement, and play. Alisa also has experience as an Orientation & Mobility Specialist, instructing blind and visually impaired school-aged children, including children with multiple disabilities. She holds a M.A. in Special Education and a Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential from San Francisco State University. Her B.A. is in International Studies and Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego. In her spare time, Alisa enjoys going to the beach with her family. Her favorite hobbies include surfing, gardening, adventuring in nature, and travel.
Esmeralda is a Half Moon Bay native and has lived on the Coastside her whole life. She's always had a passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds and ages and has spent a lot of time taking care of children, ensuring that each child receives the best care and love that he or she deserves. Esmeralda has over 10 years of experience working after-school and childcare programs. She believe in providing a safe and supportive environment for all kids to grow in. In her spare time, Esmeralda enjoys working out, reading, shopping, going for long hikes on the beach trails, and playing with her son.
