Lexi Parker Santos
 
MS, OTR/L, Owner, Therapy Director, Author

Lexi Santos is a licensed occupational therapist who has worked with children for over ten years as both an occupational and behavior therapist in school, home, clinical, NICU, and hippotherapy settings. She strongly believes in treating children with a holistic approach where biological, behavioral, and contextual factors are all considered in treatment. She strives to honor the individual nature of each child and their family's unique value system when designing programs and implementing treatment. In her spare time Lexi loves hiking, yoga & barre, and spending time outdoors with her two daughters and crazy dog.

Lia Salvucci

Lia is a licensed occupational therapist who has worked with children for 8 years in schools, hospitals, homes and clinics. Lia graduated with her bachelor’s degree in human services and a concentration in applied behavior analysis from Northeastern University. She received her doctorate in occupational therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) in Boston, MA. She is a strong believer of using a family-centered approach to work with every families unique needs. She has experience using the Social Thinking, Handwriting without Tears, Zones of Regulation and Alert Program. In her free time, Lia loves to travel, cook, and hike, bike and camp in the outdoors.

Chrissy Hong
 
MS, OTR/L

Chrissy is a licensed and board certified occupational therapist who has been providing therapy to children with special needs in sensory integration clinics, outpatient programs, schools, community based mental health settings and homes for over 6 years. Chrissy is a graduate of University of Southern CA master's program in occupational therapy with an emphasis in art therapy and sensory integration. Chrissy firmly believes in honoring each child's unique needs and capabilities; and providing client centered therapy that is tailored to the needs of each child and family. Outside of work, Chrissy loves to spend time in nature, create art of all kinds and is an animal lover through and through.

Louiza Alexandria Villarina (Alex)

Alex is a licensed occupational therapist who has over 4 years of experience working in pediatrics both in the clinic and hospital setting. Alex received her Master’s degree in occupational therapy from Dominican University of California. She presented her Master’s thesis at the Occupational Therapy Association of California (OTAC) conference and at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) conference in 2018 alongside her colleagues. Alex firmly believes in enabling each child through his or her unique traits and capabilities through the use of individualized, family centered care. She has experience using the ALERT Program, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Handwriting without Tears, and Zones of Regulations. Outside of work, Alex is an avid full marathon runner, loves hiking trails, and loves to discover new restaurants to try new foods.

Casey Neth
 
Mindfulness Instructor & Certified Yoga Teacher

Casey is a certified children's yoga instructor through stretch.play.yoga, and in 2015 obtained her 200-hour yoga teaching certification through San Francisco’s Yoga Garden. In 2017 she completed her Mindfulness Educators certification program through Mindful Schools. 

Being a Half Moon Bay native, Casey looks forward to sharing her knowledge of yoga and mindfulness with the coast side youth and their families. She currently attends school at Saybrook University and will graduate in 2020 with a Masters in Mind-Body Medicine in hopes to take her teachings and work as a consultant to individuals or as an alternative holistic health care professionals.

Lindsay Voyles, LFMT
 
Child & Family Therapist

Lindsay Voyles, LMFT, RYT-200, is an integrative and holistically-minded mother, psychotherapist, and yoga teacher. She has worked with individuals and families of numerous ages and backgrounds, and finds particular interest working with women and their families.  Initially born in Sacramento, CA, she spent over a decade in Southern CA and received her training there which included working with elementary aged children in school settings struggling with anxiety, depression, social skills, behavioral issues, and divorce. She also worked in a shelter setting with Orange County Health Care Agency providing therapy to foster youth ages newborn-18 who experienced child abuse along with separation from their families. In addition to treating children and teenagers impacted by trauma, she also began working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse struggling with PTSD and complex trauma.

 

At her core, Lindsay believes that anyone, no matter what they have gone through or endured, has the innate ability to heal.  As no two people are alike, her methods and interventions are varied from person to person and may include a variety of modalities such as:

Sydney White
 
Therapy Aide

Sydney grew up in Half Moon Bay and attended University of Hawaii. She worked as a nanny for many years and after taking her first Early Childhood Education class in college, she realized that she was meant to work with children. Sydney has worked as a preschool teacher, with experience in infant, toddler, preschool and pre-k classrooms. She is currently returning to school to obtain her degree in Educational Studies. Sydney believes that meeting children where they are is crucial to their health, happiness, and success, and strives to implement this idea into every aspect of her work with children. She is a mountain girl at heart and loves driving her beloved Toyota to Tahoe to ski, hike and climb. Sydney also enjoys practicing yoga, cooking for her family, and reading anything she can get her hands on.

Esmeralda Garcia

Esmeralda is a Half Moon Bay native and has lived on the Coastside her whole life. She's always had a passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds and ages and has spent a lot of time taking care of children, ensuring that each child receives the best care and love that he or she deserves. Esmeralda has over 10 years of experience working after-school and childcare programs. She believe in providing a safe and supportive environment for all kids to grow in.  In her spare time, Esmeralda enjoys working out, reading, shopping, going for long hikes on the beach trails, and playing with her son.
